Remove, realign and upgrade 3 miles of two lane all-weather roadway. Clear, grub and pulverize pavement, and haul off over 80,000 cubic yards of material, protect and create new wetlands, grade and pave the new roadway with 5 foot shoulders all while keeping the roadway open to traffic.
