Tim & Trish Hart

BOSS Construction, Inc. was established in 1992 by Tim and Trish Hart. BOSS has compiled a proven record of accomplishments along the west coast from Alaska to San Diego. BOSS performs high quality construction and exemplifies innovative thinking in the performance of our contract requirements.

Our experience allows us to work collaboratively with owners and engineers on ideas to shorten project schedules, lessen impacts on surrounding environments, save owners money and most importantly, create safe conditions for workers and the general public.

We specifically seek out projects that are challenging and can be constructed with our own work forces. This complete control gives us the best insight into all aspects of the project creating the greatest opportunity for success for all involved.

Company History

Tim and his wife Trish established BOSS Construction in 1992, and in 1996, Tim’s brother, Chris, joined the venture. Together the brothers have a storied history, both personally and professionally. Having spent their early years in a Weyerhaeuser logging camp and later on their nearby family farm in rural southwest Washington, both Tim and Chris learned the value of hard work and developed a keen appreciation of the outdoors. They attended small schools and both went on to compete in college athletics, earning Bachelor of Science degrees in Construction Management from Central Washington University.

Summer jobs for the Hart brothers included logging and work on the Weyerhaeuser railroad replacing ties, bridges and trestles, as well as work with local contractors building foundations and framing houses. Post-college found the brothers employed in Whatcom County for contractors who performed work throughout the northwest and Alaska. These years provided invaluable experiences for Tim and Chris, with Tim focusing on building construction and Chris more involved with heavy civil projects. Their collective efforts and experiences over time have proven to contribute to BOSS’ success and its solid stance amongst its competitors.
