During the Douglas Harbor Uplands and Moorage Expansion project, we were given the option to develop a city-owned pit for use on the project. BOSS cleared and stripped the pit, blasted basalt rock, then sorted, crushed, processed and developed all of the material needed to complete the Douglas Harbor project. The products ranged from 3/4″ minus to larger rip rap.
